Job Description

Food Service Director. Lead. Inspire. Make a Difference. We're looking for an experienced Food Service Director to lead our dietary team and create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about nutrition, customer service, and team development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all dietary operations, menu planning, and food service programs Lead, train, and support dietary staff Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards Manage inventory, purchasing, and department budgets Collaborate with clinical teams to meet residents' nutritional needs Drive quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
Previous Food Service Director or Dietary Management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living dietary operations preferred Experience with budgeting, food safety, and regulatory compliance ServeSafe certification preferred Join a team where your leadership and creativity can make a meaningful impact every day!
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
