Up to $30.00 per hour , based on experience Join Our Team! Cortlandt Healthcare is seeking a dependable, experienced, and compassionate Food Service Supervisor to lead our dietary team on weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and is committed to providing exceptional dining services for our residents. As the Weekend Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee daily food service operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support the dietary staff in delivering high-quality meals and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and direct weekend dietary staff during meal preparation and service Ensure meals are prepared and served according to physician orders, dietary restrictions, and facility standards Maintain sanitation, food safety, and infection control standards in accordance with state and federal regulations Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching dietary employees Address resident concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs Complete required documentation and reports Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure quality resident care Step in to assist with food preparation and service as needed Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in food service required Experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends ServSafe Certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay up to $30.00 per hour based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life Stable weekend schedule Professional growth opportunities Schedule Weekends Only Saturday and Sunday Additional holiday availability may be requested as needed Apply Today!
