Shift Leader

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Utilize POS system to process customer orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shift management or assistant manager role preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Proficiency in using POS or similar restaurant management software
• Culinary background or experience in the food service industry is a plus
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable
