Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cafe Lead to inspire and oversee daily operations within a vibrant food service environment. This is a full time position (30+ hours) with the availability requirement between 4:00pm-11:30pm Monday through Thursday and 4:00pm-1:00am Friday & Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Part time or limited availability applicants will not be considered for this position. Duties Lead and supervise shifts, providing ongoing training and development to ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness Oversee daily operations, including ensuring efficient workflow and timely service in a casual dining environment Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures Utilize POS systems and third party order systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through regular stock checks to minimize waste and maximize prep times Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining settings with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Skilled in operating POS systems with cash handling and transaction accuracy Excellent team management skills Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while maintaining quality standards Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as shift management and team leadership Experience with food safety management practices aligned with industry standards Join us as a Cafe Lead where your leadership will energize our team and elevate the guest experience!
