This pivotal role involves supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining smooth restaurant flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and a keen eye for quality and safety standards. As a Floor Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members to deliver outstanding service Implement staff training programs focused on food preparation, POS system operation (Toast), and customer engagement techniques Manage shift schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and proper food handling procedures Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health codes Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce Support kitchen management in food production oversight, catering orders, banquets, or special events as needed Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or casual dining environments Familiarity with systems such as Toast POS, Open Tables and 7 Shifts for order processing and cash handling Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and staff supervision Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost control measures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality / Restaurant experience is a plus; culinary background is highly valued Previous experience with shift management, restaurant operations, or catering is preferred Join us as a Floor Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering memorable dining experiences.
