Do you know what it takes to create an exceptional guest experience while keeping a team motivated, operations running smoothly, and standards consistently high? We re looking for an experienced Venue Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at our casino property. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations , where no two shifts are exactly alike. You ll be the leader on the floor-coaching your team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and making sure every detail is executed to our high standards and in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures, and Gaming Regulations. ⭐ What You ll Bring Proven restaurant or Food & Beverage supervisory experience Strong people-management and team-building skills Kitchen supervisory experience and a passion for operational excellence Experience with training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and associate relations Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and par levels A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards Ability to confidently handle guest concerns and turn challenges into positive experiences Knowledge of New York State alcohol regulations and Commercial Gaming Regulations A hands-on leadership style-you re not afraid to jump in and work alongside your team when business gets busy Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 🎯 What You ll Do As a Venue Supervisor, you ll play a key role in the success of your assigned outlet.
