We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant or quick-service experience who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high operational standards, and creating a positive guest experience. Job Type Full-time Morning/Day/Evening Shift Weekend availability required Responsibilities Oversee evening store operations to ensure smooth and efficient shifts Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and assist with stock control Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately Train and support team members in food preparation, customer service, and company procedures Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and team performance Resolve customer concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in quick-service, fast food, bakery, or restaurant operations preferred Strong leadership and shift management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros preferred) Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
