Area Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join the leadership team in the Rochester area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service, team morale, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Supervise, coach, and motivate crew members during shifts to ensure peak performance and a positive working environment.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Customer Service:

Ensure every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service; efficiently resolve any customer complaints.

Daily Management:

Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory tracking, and shift scheduling as needed.

Training & Development:

Help onboard and train new team members, ensuring they understand standard operating procedures. Qualifications Prior supervisory or shift management experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment (Quick-Service Restaurant experience preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
