We're hiring a dependable, motivated Kitchen Shift Leader to take ownership of our evening kitchen operations and lead a team of 8-12 team members. Take ownership of kitchen execution, from preparation and setup through the evening rush and closing. Keep the team organized, focused, and moving efficiently during busy periods. Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy. Coach team members, provide direction, and help new employees learn and succeed. Monitor food preparation, product availability, and kitchen workflow to keep service running smoothly. Communicate with other shift leaders and management to address challenges and maintain a great guest experience. Ensure closing procedures and cleaning responsibilities are completed properly. Lead by example, jump in when needed, and hold yourself and your team accountable. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? We're looking for someone who: Has restaurant or food-service experience; previous leadership experience is a plus. Can keep a cool head and make good decisions when things get busy. Communicates clearly and knows how to motivate others. Takes pride in cleanliness, food quality, and doing things the right way. Is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility. Isn't afraid to give direction, coach a teammate, or roll up their sleeves. Can consistently work the 3:00-11:30 PM schedule and meet the position's availability requirements. You don't have to be a seasoned restaurant manager to succeed here.
