We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Dining Service Director to join our team.
Dining Director Responsibilities:
Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with Peregrine Senior Living (PSL) policies, procedures, and standards. Assist in the development of the annual Dining Services operating budget. Order and maintain adequate food and dining department supplies in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards. Serve as the liaison for all aspects of Dining Services within the community. Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and standardized recipes, while maintaining high standards for nutrition, quality, taste, and presentation. Manage the entire food service program, ensuring cleanliness, quality, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Dining Director Education & Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of food service and staff management experience. Proven track record of delivering high-quality meal service while maintaining cost control. Associate degree or higher in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field preferred.
