Cafe Shift Lead Overview We're looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Leader to help lead our fast-paced smoothie and food restaurant. In this role, you'll oversee daily shift operations, support and motivate team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Lead daily shift operations and ensure excellent customer service Supervise, coach, and support team members during each shift Assist with training new employees Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained Operate POS systems, handle cash, and complete shift paperwork Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant, quick service, or fast-casual environment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with POS systems and cash handling Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
