Duties Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings according to company standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cashiering and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with selections and upselling products to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including cleaning equipment and serving stations Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and basic math calculations Restock supplies, manage food safety protocols, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service delivery Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles within cafes or restaurants is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are necessary Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is beneficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Customer service experience that demonstrates the ability to engage positively with guests and upsell products effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun team dedicated to providing memorable experiences for our guests while developing valuable skills in the food industry.
