Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations within the organization, this role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, strategic planning & budgeting initiatives and delivering an excellent dining experience to residents. We are seeking those who have a BS in Hotel and/or Restaurant Management, have successfully completed the 90-hour Food Service Managers course or equivalent and meet the credential requirements of the State of New York. Must have prior experience in the Food Service Industry, within the Healthcare or Hospitality industry a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver an excellent dining experience across three meals per day. In exchange, this position offers exceptional personal and professional growth and a starting salary of $120,000-$130,000 per year, supported by a comprehensive benefits program, including generous paid time off.
