Now Hiring:
Front of House Lead Youngstown Yacht Club is looking for an experienced Front of House Lead to oversee our dining room and bar operations while providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Position Overview:
This is a hands -on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working both behind the bar and on the dining room floor while leading and supporting our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise bartenders and servers during service. Work as both a bartender and server as needed. Create and manage staff schedules. Coordinate staffing for special events, banquets, and weddings. Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff. Ensure excellent member service and a positive guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar. Communicate effectively with management and the kitchen team. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help maintain inventory and bar operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Bartending and serving experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
