Grand opening week is unlike anything else in this business: lines around the building, a full house from open to close, and a team thrown into it together and coming out the other side tight. People who work an opening talk about it for years. You'd be one of the leaders running it. What you'll do Lead a section of the restaurant during your shift: kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru Set the pace during rushes and keep orders accurate when it gets loud Coach team members in the moment: what to do, how to do it, and why it matters Handle guest issues directly and make them right Run the open or the close: setup, cash handling, cleaning standards, and the keys to the building Own food safety and cleanliness on your shift What we're looking for You don't need restaurant experience. If you've never led anything officially but people tend to listen to you anyway, apply. Pay and benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience and availability Paid training before we open Health, dental, and vision; free meals on shift Chick-fil-A scholarship opportunities A real path to shift lead and higher leadership as the restaurant grows To apply Apply with your resume This restaurant is an independently owned and operated Chick-fil-A franchise and an equal opportunity employer.
