In this role you will run your own shift/team within 90 days, and learn business leadership in a way that will develop and launch you into your future. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and control food costs to optimize profitability. Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and brand standards across all areas of the restaurant. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both your team and guests. Develop future restaurant leaders, through ongoing example and coaching. Experience Prior experience leading teams. If you show up, take ownership, and perform, the sky is the limit. Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or hospitality environments is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling and inventory control. Knowledge of food safety standards and a willingness to learn. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on training & development, customer service, and operational excellence.
