We're hiring Shift Leaders and Hourly Assistant Managers for our high-volume restaurants. What You'll Do:

• Lead busy restaurant shifts and keep things running smoothly
• Coach, support, and motivate team members during service
• Deliver great customer service and professionally handle guest concerns
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, speed, and operating standards
• Help manage labor, food costs, and day-to-day restaurant performance
• Work directly with and learn from ownership and senior leadership
