A Facility Shift Lead oversees operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning and effective team management.

Hours:

We are open 7 days a week. We are looking for evening shift closers. Typical shift is 6pm - 2am with some variations depending on the day. We are looking for multiple candidates to cover the week. Choose 2-4 shifts per week. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to staff during shifts. Assign and oversee tasks. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Address any issues that arise during shifts and report to management. Manage customer interactions in the office and the concession stand. Complete Closing tasks for the facility Skills Required Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Work Environment Working in a sport's recreational facility, requiring interaction with both staff and the public at the customer service office and concession stand.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 30.0 per week
