In this role, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a vibrant food industry setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily food service operations across various shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and food safety protocols. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, and banquet services to ensure timely delivery of quality offerings. Lead staff recruitment efforts through interviewing candidates and supporting onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and quick service or fast-food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Excellent leadership skills with a background in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant management settings. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences in casual or fine dining contexts. Experience in staff training & development, managing shifts, and implementing operational procedures.
