Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) , a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. What you'll be doing: Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
