Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated long-term employee with Jimmy Johns experience to join our team! We may have a PIC shift available, as well. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food production, and the ability to manage people of all backgrounds and ages effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining operational efficiency in a quick service restaurant setting. All of our managers are hands on with all types of work within the shop. Duties Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards and consistency in menu offerings. Train and mentor staff in food service best practices and customer service excellence. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support operational needs. Qualifications Previous experience in food production or food service management is preferred. Proven track record of supervising teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in shift management with the ability to motivate and lead staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
