Jersey Mike's Subs is expanding, and we're excited to open our newest location in West Carrollton, Ohio! We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Shift Leader to help lead our team and create an excellent guest experience from day one. All training for this position will be completed at our 6002 Far Hills Ave, Centerville Ohio location, where you'll work alongside an experienced management team and learn the Jersey Mike's way before helping launch and lead our new store.
What You'll Do:
Assist in leading, training, and motivating the crew to deliver top-tier customer service and product quality. Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food preparation according to Jersey Mike's policies. Ensure accurate inventory management and assist with ordering and receiving supplies. Lead by example — work alongside the team during peak hours and model great service and work ethic. Foster a positive and respectful work culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
Previous leadership or management experience in food service or retail preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Dependable and committed to supporting a growing team and new store location. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for creating great guest experiences.
