2nd Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) Join our team as a Material Control Supervisor and play a key leadership role in driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance within our warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead material control activities, support warehouse staff, and ensure materials move seamlessly between production, inventory, and transportation.What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising and supporting daily material control operations during the shift
- Leading and coaching warehouse associates and forklift operators to ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and overseeing SAP transactions and reporting
- Coordinating pick lists, shipments, and material returns to support production and customer orders
- Scheduling and overseeing inbound and outbound deliveries while ensuring proper documentation
- Conducting inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, GMP, DOT, EPA)
- Serving as a key resource for SAP processes and operational best practices within the team
- Collaborating with production, transportation, and warehouse leadership to optimize material flow What We Need from
You:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field strongly preferred; in lieu of a degree, minimum of five (5) years previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the personal care, pharmaceutical or food industry. Minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory experience required, preferably in a warehouse environment.- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, turret trucks, etc.)
- SAP experience preferred; HazMat certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
