What You'll Do:

Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

What You Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

Work Schedule Availability:

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week. Four (4) weekday shifts: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM

• 9:00 PM EST (Sunday, 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM) One (1) weekend shift: Weekend shift hours on Saturday (8:30 AM
• 5:30 PM) and Sunday (9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM) Specific schedules will be shared in advance.

Standard Call Center Operating Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

• 11:00 PM Saturday, 8:30 AM
