Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Operations team member to work with our hospitality team and kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across our restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will be involved in hospitality, daily restaurant operations, optimize food quality, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive efficiency, profitability, and a positive dining experience for every guest. Duties Hospitality and restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure seamless guest experiences. Deliver outstanding hospitality. Oversee inventory control, food management, and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems, accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Conduct shift management duties including supervising team performance, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards. Experience Experience in food service or restaurant roles with a focus on quick service or casual dining environments. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety management.
