This position provides skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act and requires staff accountability for compliance with regulatory and professional standards for patient care units and staff. Duty Percent of Time Supervises nursing staff and the daily duties to perform direct patient care activities 30% Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act 30% Performs administrative duties such as recordkeeping, multi-disciplinary communication, scheduling and other necessary tasks to ensure daily operations are complete 20% Coach nursing staff with clinical instructions, advice or guidance when needed or required 10% Serve as liaison with patients' families and patient care team to ensure quality care 5% Other duties as assigned 5%

Education:

Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing. Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English required.

Experience:

3+ years as RN Staff required

License/Certification/Credential:
