Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dining Room/Route Supervisor and lead the charge in delivering exceptional food service experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily dining operations, manage hospitality teams, and ensure smooth food service delivery across various routes or locations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff and hospitality teams to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction Oversee food preparation, handling, and presentation to maintain quality standards and comply with food safety regulations Manage daily shift operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize service flow Ensure sanitation procedures are followed rigorously to uphold cleanliness and health standards in all food service areas Monitor inventory levels of food supplies, manage ordering processes, and control waste to support effective food management Train staff on proper food handling techniques, POS systems, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Lead by example in managing operations, fostering a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence Skills Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities Background with skills in cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing hospitality teams and supervising staff in fast-paced environments Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety regulations, and dietary considerations within the food industry Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously This role is perfect for motivated leaders passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences while managing the operational aspects of food service.
