Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to inspire and guide our customer support and client services teams. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster a positive, productive work environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote continuous improvement across all service channels. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of customer support representatives and client service agents to achieve performance goals. Monitor team activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and procedures. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team members' communication skills, product knowledge, and technical proficiency. Manage escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate staffing schedules, assign tasks, and optimize workflow to meet service level agreements. Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for ongoing development. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong sales acumen combined with excellent customer service skills to promote solutions and build rapport. Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with clients worldwide. Proven experience in call center environments with a focus on outbound calling and client engagement. Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication abilities. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy for data entry and analysis tasks. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating performance metrics and customer feedback. Cash handling experience is a plus for roles involving transactional responsibilities. Typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient documentation and correspondence.
