DEFINITION
The Café Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operation of the MOB Café. The Dietary Supervisor will lead by example, demonstrating honesty and integrity. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and ordering food and supplies. Ensures work stations are properly stocked and cleaned for the next meal service. Motivates others in a positive, professional manner to meet the needs of the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or GED. Five years of supervisory experience in dietary. Must be able to work or stand for long periods of time. Ability to use basic math skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Greater than 5 years of supervisory experience in dietary and experience in a healthcare setting. Must be able to follow recipes, motivate and train staff. basic computer skills.
