As a Team/Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and guiding your team to success. We're all about teamwork, communication, and creating a positive environment for both our employees and customers.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations, including break schedules, to ensure smooth workflow and team efficiency. Train and develop team members in food preparation, safety standards, and exceptional customer service. Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless store operations. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes collaboration and great communication.
What We're Looking For:
Prior leadership experience or Dairy Queen experience is a must. Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in training and staff development is a plus. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
