About the Role As our Front of House Food & Beverage Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and banquet experiences. You'll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety standards. Monitor labour costs, scheduling, and productivity to meet business goals. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues with confidence. Work closely with the culinary and resort leadership teams to deliver seamless operations. Drive revenue opportunities through upselling, promotions, and memorable guest experiences. Maintain high presentation standards throughout all dining venues. What You'll Bring Previous leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or hospitality venues. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
