Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic candidate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, running the shift, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, open availability, strong background in customer service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage store staff while maintaining a positive working environment. Responsibilities Supports Management through decision making, problem solving and upholding policy standards Trains, motivates and coaches bakers as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers Resolves conflicts or complaints from customers Monitors store activity and ensures quality and customer service standards are being met Stays calm and cool during stressful times with good decision making and strategies Problem solving abilities An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience Experience Proven experience in customer and food service is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Join us as we strive to create an exceptional service experience for our customers while maintaining a positive and fun work environment for our team!
