Job Description

Build Something That Matters We're a locally owned convenience store company operating multiple locations throughout Southern Oregon. We're looking for a hands-on leader to help build the next chapter of our food program. This isn't a corporate office position. You'll work directly with ownership to improve food operations, develop managers, build systems, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations. We believe in leading by example, developing great people, and continuously improving. If you're someone who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and making a real impact, we'd like to meet you. Your Responsibilities Lead and improve food operations across multiple store locations. Coach, develop, and support store managers and their teams. Improve food quality, consistency, and the overall customer experience. Reduce food costs and waste while increasing profitability. Develop training, operating procedures, and food standards. Help recruit, hire, train, and retain outstanding employees. Work alongside managers and employees to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges. What We're Looking For Leadership experience in restaurants, convenience stores, grocery food service, or similar food operations. Experience leading, coaching, and developing successful teams. Strong understanding of food operations, food cost, and profitability. A hands-on leader who enjoys working in stores and helping others succeed. High integrity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset. No college degree is required. We value leadership, experience, work ethic, and results over formal education. Why Join Our Team? Work directly with ownership. Help shape the future of a growing company. Your ideas will be heard, valued, and implemented. Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities. Paid time off. Opportunity for long-term growth as the company continues to expand. Is This You? You enjoy being in the operation—not behind a desk. You believe the best leaders coach, teach, and lead by example. You take ownership, solve problems, and leave things better than you found them. You want to build something you're proud of. Ready to Build Something Great? We're not looking for someone to simply manage our food program—we're looking for someone to help build one of the best convenience store food operations in Southern Oregon. If that challenge excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
