Position Overview Bring your leadership and passion for guest service to the mountain! As a Quick Service Supervisor at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while inspiring and leading a dynamic seasonal team. You'll oversee daily operations in our fast-paced Quick Service food and beverage areas, ensuring quality, efficiency, and positive attitudes are part of every shift. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and motivate team members, uphold food safety and service standards, and help drive an engaging, positive workplace culture that reflects the adventurous spirit of Mt. Hood Meadows. Whether managing guest flow during a busy lunch rush or helping a new team member master their role, you'll make a direct impact on the guest experience and the success of our Culinary Services team. This full-time, seasonal position is ideal for individuals with strong restaurant or hospitality leadership experience who thrive in a high-energy, outdoor environment and are eager to help create memorable mountain moments for every guest. This is a full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience 1 year minimum experience in a high volume restaurant or service atmosphere 1 year or more experience in a supervisory or leadership role At least 21 years of age OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter season This position is subject to a satisfactory background screening

Wage:
$ 23.61 - $26.85 hourly
