Join our Culinary Services leadership team at Mt. Hood Meadows as a Restaurant Supervisor, where every day brings new challenges, stunning views, and the opportunity to make a real impact. This isn't your typical restaurant leadership role, it's an opportunity to lead a Food & Beverage team in a dynamic, high-volume mountain resort setting. You'll rotate between our restaurant and bar areas, support daily operations, coach and motivate team members, and ensure every guest receives friendly, consistent, high-quality service. With a blend of hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and guest engagement, you'll help shape the heart of our on-mountain dining experience. If you're an experienced supervisor with strong service instincts, a positive attitude, and the adaptability to thrive in a seasonal, fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect role for you. Bring your leadership skills, keep your cool during the lunch rush, and enjoy a great view of the slopes while you do it. This is a full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience 1 year minimum experience in a high volume restaurant or service atmosphere 1 year or more experience in a supervisory or leadership role At least 21 years of age OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter season This position is subject to a satisfactory background screening

Wage:
$ 23.61 - $26.85 hourly
