DOE Schedule:
Friday-Tuesday | 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real difference every day? Friendsview Retirement Community is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead our front-of-house dining team, create exceptional dining experiences, and mentor employees—many of whom are entering the workforce for the first time. Community-first culture with a focus on dignity and compassion Supportive team environment where your work is valued Health & wellness benefits Paid training and opportunities to grow in healthcare What You'll Do Lead daily front-of-house dining operations across campus Hire, train, coach, and support dining team members Create schedules and help manage staffing Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction Partner with culinary and healthcare teams to meet residents' dietary needs Support residents with specialized and modified diets in Health Services Maintain food safety, sanitation, and Oregon regulatory standards Assist with catered events, special meals, and campus celebrations Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace culture What We're Looking For 5+ years of dining, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Passion for customer service and developing employees Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Healthcare or senior living dining experience is a plus Requirements ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) Current Food Handler Card Valid driver's license At Friendsview, we believe great leaders help others grow.
