FOH Manager

Join Mann's On The Lake as a Front of House Manager and lead our dining room during evening service. In This Role, You'll:

Lead and mentor front-of-house staff during evening service, setting the tone for a positive shiftManage the dining room flow, seating guests, and ensuring smooth operationsHandle guest concerns with patience and professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities to impressCommunicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to keep service runningTrain and support servers, hosts, and bussers to deliver excellent serviceStay organized during peak times while remaining approachable and calm

What We're Looking For:

You're patient under pressure, have strong people skills, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. You can read situations quickly and respond with grace. Prior experience in a leadership or floor management role is a plus, but your attitude and ability to connect with people matter most.
