Position Overview We are hiring 2 Weekend Shift Leads to help lead operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations, leading team members, maintaining strong customer service standards, and ensuring efficiency during peak weekend hours. Schedule Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Must be available to work a consistent set schedule on Saturdays and Sundays Additional weekday shifts may be available based on performance, availability, and business needs Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during shifts Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment Support training and development of team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Step in where needed to support both smoothie and pretzel operations Requirements (All Required) Must be 18 years or older Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently Must have strong customer service skills Must be confident leading a team and making decisions Must be comfortable handling customer situations independently and professionally Must be reliable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Previous leadership or management experience Experience in food service, quick service, or high-volume environments What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Confident and take initiative Strong communicators Reliable and consistent Able to lead by example and support a team Comfortable working under pressure during busy shifts How to Apply Please submit your application directly through Indeed.
