On the spot interviews! $20.00/hour Full-Time Position Flexible Availability Required About the Role As a Restaurant Supervisor at The Dime, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations, support the food and beverage team, and ensure guests receive excellent service. You'll work closely with management to maintain service standards, assist employees, and help create a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. Support, train, and motivate restaurant team members. Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staff assignments. Monitor service quality and address guest concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Assist management with opening and closing procedures. Help maintain a positive, professional work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
