The Breakfast Coordinator is responsible for leading the restaurant's breakfast shift, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting team members during breakfast hours. Ensuring the restaurant is prepared to open on time and ready to serve guests. Maintaining breakfast product quality, freshness, and availability. Providing fast, friendly, and accurate guest service. Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures. Assigning tasks and maintaining control of the shift. Assisting with training and developing breakfast team members. Supporting restaurant management with daily operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

Reliable early-morning availability. Strong leadership and people skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and guest-service skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Previous restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. PEC Management values work-life balance and quality of life.
