Dining Experience Director

Dining Experience Director IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Dining Department of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, The Woods at Cedar Run , and help to keep it " A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live ".

Salary :

$73,000 - $75,000 yearly + Quarterly Bonus Potential Responsibilities include : Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members Meal planning, preparation and cooking Proactively order and track food items and supplies Creatively plan and prepare a menu for special events Maintain strict compliance with all food and safety regulations (federal, state and company) Create an upbeat and social atmosphere that enhances the dining experience Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist residents when needed

Qualifications :

Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members H.S. Diploma or GED is required Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred Food Service certification is preferred Why work with IntegraCare at The Woods at Cedar Run?
