Joey's Chicken Shack is a quick serve restaurant that serves hand cut chicken items and fresh cut fries. Simple fresh food is our motto. Joey's is striving to be a pillar in the local community and looks to expand its operations in the coming months and years. We are looking for the right people to help build the foundation of what is sure to be a stellar enterprise. As a Team Leader you must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old Have reliable transportation Be able to stand for extended periods of time Be able to lift 50 lbs Have good hygiene Be a good communicator Desire to make excellent product Maintain a positive attitude Desire to learn and grow Desire to help others learn and grow As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the following: Direct a team of people throughout a shift Ensure operating procedures are being achieved to company standards Maintain food safety standards Prepare food as necessary Cook menu items to order as necessary Record orders and process payments as necessary Wash dishes and clean equipment and work spaces as necessary Train staff Other duties as needed Put up or shut up!

Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
