Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and become a vital leader in delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal guest satisfaction Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and safety compliance Manage POS systems such as Jonas POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Train, mentor, and develop staff on food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate food production to minimize waste and optimize costs Assist with shift management by scheduling staff, overseeing kitchen and front-of-house activities, and resolving operational issues promptly Experience as a server and bartender, RAMP certified preferred, ongoing training to foster a motivated team environment, present on the floor for each shift, create drinks and engage with your team in a professional and positive manner. Qualifications Proven experience in a country club or fine dining restaurant environment with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas POS or; experience with cash handling is essential Background in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience preferred Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills for managing teams, training staff, and engaging with guests effectively Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for managing budgets, knowledge of expediting food , and cost control measures Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms ordinary dining into extraordinary experiences! Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 per week
