Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pizzeria Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain food quality standards, and uphold excellent customer service. Your leadership will drive the success of our pizzeria, combining culinary expertise with strong management skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the food industry. Responsibilities Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced pizzeria during peak dinner times. Must be willing to be hands on •The ideal candidate is willing to learn our systems and consistently execute according to Vitalia's quality standards.•Place inventory orders Lead and supervise help with all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and knowledgeable team capable of delivering outstanding customer service. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive experience that encourages repeat business. Assist in shift management by coordinating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
