Responsibilities Leadership:

Staff Development:

Identify training needs and develop personalized learning plans for our nursing staff, promoting their growth and professional development.

Quality Improvement:

Communication:

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania required.

Certifications:
