Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook/Kitchen Supervisor to join our vibrant culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead food preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As a key player in our culinary department, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain inventory control, and uphold our commitment to excellence in every plate served. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary excellence and teamwork Manage inventory levels, control food costs. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times. Coordinate with catering and banquet services to deliver seamless event execution Monitor shift schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and support staff during busy service periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment in compliance with health codes Experience Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in fine dining or catering environments Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting Familiarity with inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations management Strong background in culinary techniques, food handling, and menu planning Experience with banquet service, catering events, or large-scale food production is highly desirable Knowledge of dietary accommodations and special menu requirements is a plus Previous restaurant management or shift leadership experience is preferred Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to culinary excellence! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
