Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate our team Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Oversee ordering, inventory management, and waste control Ensure top-tier customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns Train, coach, and support team members in line with Pure Green standards Uphold health, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times Support achievement of sales goals and labor cost targets What We're Looking For 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a restaurant, café, smoothie shop, coffee shop, or other fast-paced food service environment Positive, professional attitude Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable and organized Passion for health and wellness Comfortable making decisions independently Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds ServSafe Manager Certification (Or, must obtain within 2 months of employment) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Why Join Pure Green? Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 34.0 per week
