Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM Join Our Team We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Crew Leader to drive production excellence on our 1st shift. What You'll Do As a Crew Leader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting and developing your team. Lead & Support Your Team Supervise daily production activities and guide operators to meet goals Train and mentor new employees, helping them succeed from day one Communicate clearly across shifts to ensure seamless operations Step in to support your team wherever needed Drive Production & Quality Monitor production performance, quality, and efficiency in real time Troubleshoot issues with machines, robots, and processes Ensure all products meet quality standards before leaving the floor Track production data, scrap, and part counts accurately Keep Operations Running Smoothly Assist with machine setup, maintenance, and mold cleaning Ensure materials are labeled, organized, and used correctly (FIFO) Maintain proper documentation and complete shift reports Use systems like Open Prod and Vision to support production Promote Safety & Cleanliness Enforce safety standards and lead by example Respond to incidents and provide first aid if needed Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment Follow all Food Safety and Quality procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of manufacturing or related experience Leadership or team lead experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
