Job Description
Crew Leader - Injection Molding (3rd Shift)Shift Monday-Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Crew Leader to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for supervising daily production operations, supporting machine operators, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and food safety standards in an injection molding environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities Supervise and support production employees during the shift Train new operators and assist employees as needed Monitor production quality, efficiency, and pace Operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robots Ensure all Food Safety and Quality procedures are followed Complete production, quality, and monitoring documentation Record scrap, part counts, and lot changes accurately Assist with machine maintenance and mold cleaning Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and complete incident reports when needed Communicate production updates to management and incoming shifts Relieve employees for breaks Operate a forklift when required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or related experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Injection molding experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Skills & Traits Strong attention to detail Good communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly Dependable and safety-focused Team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive pay Stable full-time schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Apply Today If you are a motivated leader looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply today.
