Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bar Operations and Logistics Lead to oversee the efficient management of bar supplies, inventory, and logistics operations. This role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, transportation, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain management skills, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of bar supply procurement, sourcing, and vendor management to ensure timely availability of products. Oversee warehouse distribution, inventory control, and stock management using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400. Coordinate transportation planning Implement process improvements for materials handling, order fulfillment, and logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies; develop corrective action plans. Manage category management strategies including pricing negotiations, demand planning, and supplier sourcing to maximize profit margins. Utilize data analysis skills with tools like Tableau or SQL to monitor logistics performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or logistics operations within a hospitality or food service environment. Familiarity with materials handling equipment including forklifts; certification preferred. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to collect data, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements. Effective negotiation skills for vendor contracts and procurement activities; experience with category management is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance or mechanical systems used in logistics operations is advantageous. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
